Yeeeahhh...it's finally a complete Eid preparation for me this year. If the past 2 yrs was incomplete coz I wasn't able to make cookies...I made up for it this year.
I made HazelNut Cookie last night (8pm-12am). It was not too bad. Nothing went wrong, except, while it was an easy one-step recipe, kneading the mixture into a dough left me sighing. But Magician Mama came to rescue. She did something to the dough to make it easier for me to knead..and all was alright after that. The outcome:
This afternoon, I made Chocolate Chip Cookie (12.30-3.30pm). Apart from chocholate chip, I dumped mini M&M's. Instead of almond, I used hazelnut (I think I'm hazel crazy this yr! The last time I made cookies, I was cocoa crazy!). Well, the outcome of this one:

hye gal...we started yesterday ..i mean the baking stuff. Me & my sisters did the difficult one first. Guess which one? :D

u got it right...we did the Makmur. Next on the list is the tart. Too tired to even think about it. :D
