...I'll be S$756 poorer this weekend!!
Been a while since I cried. This morning, b4 driving off to IDAC, the moment I went 2 my car & saw the sight of the damage, my heart sank & choked. I cldn't take it anymore...I cried in the car in the presence of my shocked Mom nxt 2 me! I don't usualy cry in front of ppl, not even in front of her, unles there's something serious or only wen she cries...I dunno wat happened 2 me today! I guess, not used 2 the sight of me in tears, she herself was at her wits end, not knowing wat 2 do or say...so she cld only manage a "sabar...buat bertenang...".
Just came back from IDAC 2 assess the damage to my car & they've advised that the repair cost will be $756. No point claiming my insurance as I'll have 2 pay the excess amt which is $500 (ie. Insurance will bear the remaining cost). Had it been above $1k, then at least it's worth claiming, heck care wif the No-Claim Disount (NCD) for my next premium in Jan 07. The loss will be just abt $400, but I'll have to fork out more than $400 had the repair cost exceeded $1k. But now, it's just $256 which the Insurance will bear the cost (while I bear the excess cost of $500). So really, no point.
I accept Allah's test on me. I must have done something to anger Him.

firstly, u didnt do anything wrong...jus an obstacle in life to make u even stronger thn u r..shits happen.. to anyone, anytime, esp wen u least expect it.
secondly, i m sure ere is nothing tat u n god together cant handle, works for me everything i read that line...i truly hope it works for u tooo

This is really a testing moment for you. A typical hit and run case. Such a high price to pay. Its ok to cry once in a while...at least it relieves some misery.
