Gong Xi Fa Cai!

It's been a great CNY holiday! 4 days off-work.  Now isn't that great?!?!  To me, it is! Amsyar stayed over on Fri night (routine) so on Sat morning...while his Mama cleans her hse, I babysit Amsyar while Mom does her cooking etc.  I wanted to go to Suntec's Mini Toons to get a sling bag I reserved b4 5pm.  After that, was willing to take Mom & Amsyar out to the beach.  But since Sis wanted to come along, she offered to drive me to Suntec.  Save time a bit.  So sweet.  So we did just that, drove to Suntec, grabbed my bag & some stuff from Carrefour b4 heading to East Coast for makan & bring introduce the beach to Amsyar. Oh I must tell u this...couple of wks back, Sis asked me if I eat cheesecake...to which I tol her I'm crazy 'bout cheesecake.  Then she told me she's intending to make Chocolate Cheesecake.  2 days later, she asked me to buy Toblerone for her when I went grocery marketing wif mom on 5th Feb.  Wks passed...the Toblerone nvr moved.  So I passed some cute sarcastic remarks to Mom abt Sis offer to make Chocolate Cheesecake for me.  She must have conveyed it to Sis...coz Sis brought back Mom's cakemixer on Fri night to make the cheesecake.  I was like eagerly waiting for my cheesecake.  I was imagining a disaster of a cheesecake (coz cooking's not really her cup-of-tea).  But she did...she did make me the Chocolate Cheesecake.  Altho the 1st thing she said was "didn't really turn out well, terlebih butter", I thought it was alright...for a 1st time...that's when u learn ur mistakes & improve the nxt time, no?!?  It looks like a cheesecake & it smells like cheesecake.  It tastes like it too, except yea, u can really taste more butter than the cheese...but it was nice nevertheless...and I'm proud of her for trying.  So yea, after all the cheesecake hoo-hah...we had lunch & zoomed off to Suntec on Sat. Sun was just cycling date with Maslin.  After almost 1 yr of planning, we finally fulfilled the plan & went cycling @ East Coast.  My butt still hurts till now (hehe)... but it was fun.  Quick one, drove to ECP, rented a cycle each for 1 hr...cycled 1 round, stopped @ a jetty near the bike station & sat there to chit chat for abt 10 mins b4 we zoomed off to return the bike & then headed for dinner.  I just had Teh Cino...dehydrated...wasn't in the mood for makan.  I perspired quite a bit...so it was a healthy one for me. Mon was my facial appt.  I changed it to Mon since I was going cycling on Sun.  Mom wanted to bring Amsyar to VivoCity to show him ships...and since my facial end abt 5-ish Mom & Sis was gonna pick me up.  There were some miscommunication somewhere & I thought they were picking me up on their way home.  But it seemed they picked me up so I cld join them to VivoCity.  Duh.  But the trip was great...1st time Amsyar was out of home till 9pm then we reached home!!  Went to see the ships @ the pool area...then lepak @ Coffee Bean for dinner...where Amsyar was really trying to act cute (read=naughty)...& got few imaginary tight slaps from Nani & Mama!!  After that he got tired & slept in his Mama's arms...and then we shopped in Giant b4 heading back home.  With Sis behind the wheels now...indirectly, I learn to read the map.  Hehe...gd...now I can join AMAZING RACE. Today's a slack day @ home.  I cleaned my fan...and thought of doing some overhaul to my car's look...but down wif migraine & it's 6pm & I've yet to go down still.  Did some office work & chatted a bit on MSN.  Guess what? Tomoro's back to work!! Dammit!  How time flies...
