Countdown begins...

5 more days & off I am to Pulau Pangkor!! Finally the week has arrived.

I took leave on 1 Jun (Fri) so I had a looongg wkend (Thurs-Sun)...which is abt to end in less than 12 hrs!!  *sob sob*  It's been a tiring long wkend...except for today, I've been out almost all the other days! 

Thurs

Believe me...I forgot what I did on Thurs!!  I remember waking up v. irritated bcoz Amsyar was cranky as early @ 8-ish - his routine noise when he's being dressed after bath!!  End up I got up @ 9-ish.  Already I slept almost 4am (insomniac) thus watched DVD (Good Boy Bad Boy) till 3.30am.  Oh ya, I remember now...I wanted to play my Video Game, but the console was faulty (dunno if it's battery or the game console itself has died!)...so I ended up watching Namastey London on DVD during the day...play wif Amsyar when he woke up...and just bum arnd watching TV whole day.  Ch5 showed Shallow Hal & 50 First Dates back to back.  So I watched that...till 9pm after 50 First Dates ended...I dozed off.  After 20mins, I went to my room, to cont napping intending to wake up arnd midnight...but Amsyar came to my room & crawled all over me @ 10.30am!!  I slept for 13hrs!!! Wow!

Fri

Fri brought Mom jln2 (I like to go out during office hrs as it's less crowded)...so we went to try this Sri Bistari Changi Village's Nasi Ayam Penyet at its Tampines outlet @ Blk 462.  It was disappointing. Not bcoz the food sucks.  But bcoz the environment/service sucked big time.  No plates, so eat on styrofoam.  It's a small outlet, barely 3 tables in it.  No drinks.  Had to go to 7-11 nxt door to get us a drink.  Already it started pouring so heavily when we reach, so I get drenched despite an umbrella, so such ambience for lunch really spoilt my mood.  After that went Tekka...juz jln2...after that went Geylang (Joo Chiat Complex) coz Mom wanted to trade in her bracelet which Amsyar broke it!  Came home almost 7pm.  Waited for 10pm for my usual dose of Saregamapa on Zee TV, Indian Idol3 on Sony @ 11.30pm & Star Voice of India on Star Plus @ 1.30am.  I'm this bz every Fri & Sat nite from 10pm - 1.30am!!

Sat

Woke up 10-ish as usual thks to my "baby alarm clock".  Baby sit him while Mom works in the kitchen.  After I had my bath & did my zuhur, Sis came & asked for co. to go test drive.  We went to Automobile Megamart to test drive a Suzuki Swift from Hua Yang, but for some for some reasons, we had to wait for something, for abt 1/2hr, so we decided to check out the other showrooms.  Landed at Borneo Motors.  So Sis managed to test drive the Toyota Yaris she's been eyeing for!!  The car's really cool!  I'm over VIOS, and is now in love with the Yaris.  If I have the money, I'll change to it...instead of Hyundai Verna!  After that, came home & waited for Mom to get ready to bring Am out to the Mall & had dinner at Kopitiam @ Tamp Mall.  Actually, I wanted to go to Century Sq to buy a mattress for my queen bed...but in the end, it was too expensive, so I forego the idea...for now.  Came home almost 6pm...played wif Amsyar for a while...after he slept, went to my room to watch DVD (Shakalaka Boom Boom - CRAPIEST movie of 2007!)...after that was multi-tasking wif my usual Fri/Sat nite routine...till 1.30am...by then I got a migraine so I took 1 panadol & went to sleep.  Which is so not like my usual Sat!!

Sun

Woke up almost 10.30am (by who else??!)...after that babysit Amsyar while Sis went for her hair treatment & carwash...kept Mom company in the kitchen while she prepares Laksa.  After that Amsyar was really becoming a handful...so I put him to sleep.  After that, it was peace for 1hr...I helped Mom to clear the kitchen quickly & we gobbled up the laksa peacefully!  After we settled dwn...then Amsyar woke up.  By then his Mom was already back...so I left them, while I did my packing.   Sis wanted to test drive a Toyota IST at Malay Village...but I'm not abt to go out today...the last day of my looong wkend!!  I've to do my ironing, packing (Mom has given a earful that she wants me to pack this wkend & not do a last min packing as usual!).  I just love the last min packing thrill. Hehe.  I had to do my waxing etc, which I'd planned to do by this wkend as we'll be off to Pulau Pangkor nxt wkend.  Managed to do all that I had to do for the day...incl clip my nails!!  Hehe.  Amsyar really takes up my time & leave me wif no time to do anything...the only time I get to do anything is when he's sleeping!!  When awake, the moment he sees my face (or anyone's face) ... he'll throw tantrums to wanna be carried & entertained!

It's way past  9pm...and I btr cherish the remaining hrs b4 the looong wkend ends.  Gotta do my isya' & my usual Sun nite routine (masque routine)...and then settle dwn for Ugly Betty.  There's DON (the original - Amitabh) showing on Sony tonight @ 10.30pm...gonna be catching that (from start & hopefully till end)...coz I always watch half hr after start & stop watching half hr b4 it ends!

Tomoro's back to work...Mon-Thurs...gotta slot in my usual survey routine from this mth...got a break since Feb due to the T3 tenders that we were bz wif!  The bz/stressful period @ work is over for me.  Now I'm catching up & getting back on track.

I've been upgraded since 1 Apr after a long irritating wait since I graduated in Dec 05...and having to resort to UNION's intervention.  Wif the upgrade, I got myself a cubicle at work...more privacy...away from distractions & copycats!!

Fri 8 Jun...off for my vacation, back on 11 Jun...but will be on leave on 12 Jun to rejuvenate.  After that back to office on 13 & 14 Jun...before being sent to Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport wif a Manager for price survey.  It's a 1 day thingy...leaving on the 1st flight & coming back on the 2nd last flight).  Ok...this is weird enuf & can contest for a feature on Ripley's believe it or not...but I'm 31 & this is gonna be my 1st flight!!  I hope I don't freak out like Kajol did in Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha!  Mom keeps telling me "Hey, indirectly, your dream of traveling on a flight is fulfilled!".  True...but what saddens me is that my 1st flight is for work & not vacation (or honeymoon as I had predicted)!

Oh well...I can't stop laughing at the way Suvarnabhumi is being pronounce - Su-Wana-Poom!!!  Wah lao...nothing like how it's spelt!!

Ok then...I'll probably be back here after my vacation...so try not to miss me too much!

PS:- Nikky - Jhoom Bharabar Jhoom (I've been booked for this...hehe) is releasing nxt wk only...so maybe we catch up when the movie is released ok...likely will be after my vacation.
