That's my 1-yr old Panda getting ready to visit his relatives in the ZOO! Dumped him on my bed while I get ready. He's merrily playing with his new toy frog...and my memory card!!
Set off to the zoo (Sis drove) arnd 8-ish.
Reached the event venue just in time before 9.15am to make it for the Early Bird Draw. I've nvr been lucky (as in real lucky!)...but since Amsyar came into my life...he's been my lucky charm!! Been winning. I won 5th prize for early bird draw!! Won a digital cordless phone...something I've been wanting to buy for 2 yrs...but procrastinated coz didn't wanna spend the $200+. Finally got it free!!
Lunch was KFC. Amsyar enjoyed the whipped potato. He says: Yum yum! (that's what he does when he likes what he's eating).
The outing was tiring...but was an eye-opener for Amsyar who has shown an interest in animals. He did well...no crankiness...not a leceh baby at all. Well-behaved. Had fun. Of coz the crowd & heat got into me! We just cldn't wait to leave the Zoo. Finally reached the entrance arnd 2-ish...made it home (after losing our way...for taking the wrong exit) b4 3pm for Bro to make it in time for his Sat soccer dose.After that I bathed...and then left to send my car to Komoco @ Ubi to check out the problem (only to be told that the battery is flat!!)...had to fork out $118 to replace battery. Mom, Sis & I got ourselves a gd 20-min massage each. Oh, didn't I tell u that Mom loves going to Komoco coz there's 3 massage chair there...which we can use for free while waiting for our car to be done. Cheap thrill!
But but but...I'm looking forward to my proper full body massage @ Bali next wk!
